Hale Kipa’s Big Island team brought creativity, community spirit, and a little Halloween magic to the 2026 Big Island Substance Abuse Council (BISAC) 6th Annual Trunk or Treat event, earning a spot among the top three displays!
The free event, held on October 24th at the Shipman Business Park in Keaʻau, East Hawaiʻi, provided a fun and festive opportunity for community organizations to come together, celebrate Halloween, and create a welcoming environment for local children and families.
Hale Kipa’s participation reflects our ongoing commitment to building strong community connections and supporting the well-being of youth and families throughout Hawaiʻi Island. Earning a place among the top three displays was an exciting bonus and a wonderful recognition of our team’s creativity and enthusiasm!
The Big Island Substance Abuse Council (BISAC) is dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by substance abuse build resilience, thrive, and transform across Hawaiʻi Island.
