Mahalo to LIFE Christian Church for their generous donation of duffle bags filled with comforting and essential items for youth in foster programs. Hale Kipa is deeply grateful for this meaningful contribution, which will benefit foster youth and young adults in our Boys’ and Girls’ Emergency Shelters, as well as those in our Imua Kākou program.
Imua Kākou, meaning “moving forward together,” is specifically designed to support youth transitioning out of foster care by providing the guidance and resources necessary for a successful journey toward independence. With support from our community, we can continue to empower these young individuals, offering them the tools and care they need to thrive as they navigate this pivotal stage in their lives.
The compassion and commitment shown by the members of LIFE Christian Church in uplifting youth and young adults in need is a true inspiration to us all. Their thoughtful contribution is deeply appreciated and will have a lasting impact on the lives of the young people we serve.
