Alienum phaedrum torquatos nec eu, vis detraxit periculis ex, nihil expetendis in mei. Mei an pericula euripidis, hinc partem.

The fun-loving staff of Hale Kipa’s Residential Program hosted an unforgettable Halloween event this year, bringing together kids of all ages for a celebration filled with fun scares, laughter, and community spirit. Held at the ʻEwa Beach campus on Oʻahu, the event began with trunk-or-treating in the parking lot, where costumed attendees delighted in creatively decorated car trunks, each filled with treats and spooky surprises. After collecting treats, everyone gathered for a deliciously brew-tiful cookout and eerie-sistible games. The festivities wrapped up with a shake your boo-ty dance-off and a lively karaoke session, where guests—young and old alike—belted out their favorite tunes.

Supported by government funding and the generosity of corporations and individuals, Hale Kipa’s Residential Program includes more than ten essential programs designed to provide both short-term and long-term shelter for youth, young adults, and families who have become unsheltered. With a mission to help reconnect these young people with stable, supportive environments, Hale Kipa creates safe spaces and provides the resources necessary for them to rebuild their lives. Events like this Halloween celebration not only offer joy and fun but also foster a deep sense of belonging, helping youth feel part of a compassionate, inclusive community.
